Haven't heard any reports from Arrowhead or Blue Jay recently -- seems the fire is spreading east -- don't quite understand that with the Santa Ana winds blowing although someone reported earlier said some winds are now shifting.

KFI also reporting that smoke is getting so heavy in the LA area that it is getting difficult to bring in the choppers/planes.

I'm at work in Huntington Beach and the winds are light from the NW, Slightly onshore. They have been this way since noon.
