I'm in Orange County...where the fires are basically all around us...the Camp Pendelton and San Diego fires to the south and the Claremont/Old/Devore fires to the north. And now we're hearing that there may be some fires starting up in Laguna Hills and Laguna Beach. Half the people here are work have bolted and gone home to see if they can even reach home. So YES, I do know exactly what the fires are doing. I have ash on my car and I'm breathing the smoke with every breath. This is not the time to play politics. Doofus is doing it because he's incompetent and doesn't know any better. Let him hang himself on his own rope.
