Actors attempt Middle East peace mission
A group of Hollywood stars including Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston is planning a Middle East mission for peace between Israelis and Palestinians.
"The past few years of conflict mean that yet another generation of Israelis and Palestinians will grow up in hatred," Pitt and Aniston said in a statement. "We cannot allow that to happen."
The actors believe that by appealing directly to ordinary folk, they can bring the warring parties together, the London Telegraph reported.
The group, called One Voice was started by Daniel Lubetzky, an American-Jewish businessman who wants to distribute computer terminals to community centers, schools and offices, in both Israeli and Palestinian areas, for an informal referendum.
One voice includes actors, directors and writers including: Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlmann, Edward Norton and Jason Alexander.
The actors will urge people to participate in the referendum to make their views known on issues that have thwarted peace negotiations, including the future of Jerusalem, national borders, the status of Palestinian refugees, and access to disputed water supplies, the Telegraph said.

This must be the ordinary folk they're talking about.

The first suicide bomber that walks into one of their "cyber cafe's" they will run like hell back to the U.S. with piss in their pockets. And when they get back here they will blame Bush.

What is it with these Hollywood morons? They just don't get it, do they. Will they trouble to study the history of the region before they go for their "peace" photo op?
