Perhaps he was only working wthin the laws of the state of Florida. I do not know enough about the laws there to comment on that. BUT, the law then needs to be changed, and that is what the legislature is for. They need to have new standards for PVS and Comatose and brain dead and Living Will. To change the laws that the judges enforce.

Perhaps Judge Greere had hope of a new law he could enforce , if he was so compassionate to the disabled. I don't know if he was or was not. I suspect I know, but I don't really know.

And that is exactly how the law and the government is SUPPOSED to work. The judicial activists are just in a major snit because they fear losing CONTROL of the court's ability to trump the will of the people.
