I doubt the insurance companies would be interested in doing anything....they have to pay out. Now, if there was a provable murder (which hasn't occurred, perhaps attempted), then they would have either requested or been directed to place any life insurance funds into the court to hold pending trial/litigation.

OK, so it 's looking like it was a mix-up, which is understandable on these many bazillions of threads. If you do hear otherwise, please ping me, alright? There are many other women on the board, and I suppose it could be one of them, but I would expect that Jonathan Alpert, who works on the hospicepatients.org site would have uncovered this before any of us.

Amen to your post #61. Seems pretty simple, but for some reason, a lot of people don't get it. Are they really that stupid or could it be that they choose NOT to get it?

I just found this:
http://www.clearwaterbar.org/resipsa/march98/judgeS.html "On a more personal note, the Judge is married to Patricia Greer and is the proud father of twin sons, Jeffery and Jason. Jeffery resides in St. Louis, MO, and Jason resides in Mobile, AL. Both sons miss dad and the great Florida climate. The Judge's parents both passed on in 1991. The Judge has one sister, Margaret, who he speaks of with deep love and admiration. Margaret and her husband reside in Denver, CO."

"...transgressed into the realm of the judiciary...." Could you give us a quick review of the "real of the judiciary " ?

" I do not believe I have ever seen evil work so hard to murder and cover it up like I am seeing now." Doesn't seem to me that they're trying all that hard to cover it up. They are as blatant and in your face about it as Al Gore was when he tried to steal the 2000 election.

Yeah well, I have found that I tend to get in trouble when I feed the trolls, so I just prefer to ignore them.

Hehe...well, you probably have a point. ;-)

So does this mean that there is no "Patricia ___ Greer" on the hospice board?
To: nicmarlo
Again, George J. Felos claims there is NO insurance! No one seems to believe him in the least.

I see no way that this judge could have concluded that the testimony of the husband that Terri would have wanted to die is "clear and convincing evidence" by itself. Others gave similar testimony.
To me, it looks like the court just made a judgment that this woman's life is not worth living.
To me, it seems that you, like many others commenting here, choose to base your opinions on emotions and not on facts.

I meant Greer.

It looks like it. I guess it was too good to be true.

LOOK OUT!! With stories like this, people might start to see the judge as....human. Nope, this judge is political, not human.

TERRI SCHIAVO TO DIE IN ATTORNEY'S "DEATH FACTORY"? SUNCOAST HOSPICE BOSS WAS GEORGE FELOS...
Terri Schiavo, an incapacitated but warmly responsive young woman, is in the care of "The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast" ("Hospice House Woodside") at 300 East Bay Drive, Largo, Florida. But unknown to her advocates, all of Terri's medical care has been influenced by a Past Chairman of the Hospice's Board of Directors - George J. Felos, attorney for Michael Schiavo, and self-described "right-to-die" advocate.
Many of the Hospice nurses, volunteers, and doctors who are charged with the care, feeding, and unbiased medical evaluation of Terri Schiavo worked for George J. Felos, a man who has publically proclaimed that Terri must die....

Well, the good news is that we sorted it out. Now on to further research about this case.
