If Schiavo is in court now, how can be appear "live" with Larry King in just five hours? Will he immediately fly to Atlanta after leaving the Pinellas Co. courthouse? Is this the Demers court? And if Wolfson is appointed, won't Schiavo get everything his way?

This could be good and bad. Bad, because it will be harder to find out what is going on. Good, because outfits like the ACLU get far less mileage and satisfaction out of their grandstanding when the cameras aren't focused on them.
