Do you really think the insurance company shelled out $1.5 million without thouroughly checking these things out. I'm certain that that Dr.Hammesfahr hasn't review all the records. And maybe he has the same aganda as the zealots posting here.

You have to remember that the hospital was defending itself against a lawsuit for malpractice. Certain things might not have come up but, since her medical records were routinely cleaned out at other facilities over the years, the same could have happened where she was OR at the very least, someone "misfiled" or "information" didn't come around when it was supposed to, and nobody followed up. There are many cases, and this is one where it was deliberate, that a person falls through the cracks.

Michael Schiavo talks about right-to-lifers with contempt. Kind of like a certain freeper on here.
I think I'm going to throw up just thinking about the Michael Schiavo character. What a monster and his lawyer is even worse! The bobsie twins. One is more evil than the other. Like a contest to see who can be the most evil.

Do you really think the insurance company shelled out $1.5 million without thouroughly checking these things out. I think this was a JURY award here. Obviously the insurance company DID investigate and thought that they could win this case in front of a jury. However, a good lawyer can beat good evidence any day, as witnessed in the OJ trial.
