There's a Michael Schiavo in United States Gypsum Co. v. Schiavo Brothers, Inc., 450 F.Supp. 1291 (E.D. Pa. 1978). This Michael Schiavo was president of Schiavo Brothers, Inc., a Philadelphia firm, from 1962 to 1968. A relative?

A Michael Schiavo -- probably the same man as in the other case -- testified in U.S. v. Pennsylvania Refuse Removal Ass'n, 242 F.Supp. 794 (E.D. Pa. 1965).
