I thought it was interesting in the interview last night that MS made sure to early on state that PVS is considered a terminal illness...
I am so curious to find if the hospice organization, in its by-laws, has established that PVS is a terminal illness, make that, brain damaged, as a terminal illness.
This has the potential to be huge, because Terri does NOT fit the parameters of entrance into a hospice (which usually does it death watch in people's own homes) according to their own foundations.
Hospicefoundations.org states very clearly that only when all means of rehabilitation and cure have been exhausted, will they help out...and even at that, only when the person is at the END STAGE of life.
Terri wasn't in an end stage-SHE WAS PUT IN AN END STAGE BY STARVATION.
The horror of seeing those two ghouls will remain with me for a long time....and I was a waste of time to keep hitting the redail. Twice I got thru...but no one answered on the king show---just hung up on me. Talk about frustrated. First the rush, then the click.
However....I am GLAD the caller who pinpointed the lie detecter test question got thru....(God's awesome ways!) that was excellent! And larry..with the CNN camera offer........PRICELESS!
