If an off-shore business is promoting a U.S.-based business, that business may be held accountable.
I think this legislation will help after a few of these spamming scumbags get prosecuted.
Everyone who received this ping has made a statement on this thread that is very accurate and I just wanted to add some ammo or has made a statement that indicates that they do not understand how the spammers work.
