I thought Terri's Bill appointed guardian status to none other than Governor Jeb Bush. If so, how is it that Michael is still able to make these decisions that are not in Terri's best interest.

That's what I thought, that Jeb was now her guardian.

Michael is pushing his way, I guess. I think the employees of the hospice should realize though, that they can be charged as accessories, accomplices to murder if Terri dies while there in the next few days.

I may be going a little far out here, but not by much. They should take verrry gooood care of her.
