People, the ONLY reason someone goes to hospice is to die. It's the law. Unless Jeb Bush, who holds Terri's life in his hands, per his EO, has decided that Terri's stay has ended, MS is breaking the law. Why has he not been arrested?

What I fail to understand is why some safeguard wasn't built into the Bill that would have prevented something like this in the first place.

I'd think her doc says she's gonna die, therefore to the hospice with her. Now if by some minor miracle she continues to live in the hospice, that's another matter.

People, the ONLY reason someone goes to hospice is to die. It's the law. What law? I've read that many times here, but I can't find any such law. I've heard that it is a federal law, but the only federal laws I can find regarding hospices have to do with Medicare reimbursement.
I'm looking at the Florida State Code pertaining to hospices, and haven't yet found anything like that.
Anyone?
