Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that You have watched us through the night and set us to task another day for this mother's child. Thank You for the prayers that ascend to the Throne of Grace, for there is where our hearts are poured out .. there is where we will be heard .. and there is where we are refreshed.

As You have in days when none of us even knew the name of Terri Schiavo, You are standing watch over her .. moving in the hearts and in the affairs of men .. revealing for the world to see, the ugly picture of men who call upon the halls of justice to sanction murder.

Heavenly Father, thank You for this union of people who seek to end this threat to Terri's life, that she may be released from this man-made prison and returned to the loving care of her family. May we go boldly to the phone or the keyboard or the fax or the media .. may we go and do, by the Power of the Holy Spirit, for You have allowed us this time for these tasks. May our work be pleasing unto You.

Again and again, Lord, we seek Your Divine Protection over Terri. May her room become a sanctuary wherein dwells the Holy Spirit and the angelic host, ministering to this defenseless woman. May she be strengthened .. may she be uplifted .. may she defy the planned destruction of her body .. with her life, and with words yet unspoken, may she proclaim victory.

Send the camp of the enemy into confusion, Father .. scatter them and confound their thoughts and words. May they appear foolish before the world, for they are in open defiance to the words that proclaim You are Sovereign:
