Which would be all well and good were this a right-to-die case. As there was no document signed by Terri stating her wishes, the courts have decided on hearsay evidence that she be stripped of her rights and handed over to the husband.

Terri's brother said that as today is the father's 66th birthday, and they brought a cake into Terri's room and sang 'Happy Birthday".
He said Terri had a big smile and it was the first time in a long while that his parents cracked a smile.
The attorney Pat told Greta that Terri should be in intensive care......Greta didn't respond.
