Have you seen posted yet exactly WHY this law is unconstitutional?

As I understood it from watching the House session, it is about the legislative and judicial branches staying separate and not overruling each other.

They didn't overrule each other, as I recall. Did they?

The judge wasn't overruled though (much to my frustration). The judge followed the law as he interpreted. The legislators now have changed the law so he needs to follow it now, as far as I'm concerned.

ATTENTION ALL FREEPERS! I have something for us to do.

It is obvious by the records that Schiavo is committing medicare fraud. If he lives in that house were they added the $15,000 pool then he is hiding assets, and marital assets through the girlfriend. I saw an interview on 20/20 or something with him and he said "No, it isn't about the money. I don't need the money. I work for a living." So, this is where FReepers can FReep the heck out of the Federal Office of the Inspector General for a Medicare fraud complaint.

FReep on!

Things that make you go hummmm.
So, it is constitutional if the legeslative branch sides with the Judicial, But is not constitutional if neither the legislative nor the executive branch sides with the judicial.
So if two of the three branches of our government, the two who are directly elected, pass a law (which I challenge anyone to honestly say was subject to murky interpretations), the judiciary can spin it as they please, and ignore or enforce at their leisure
I dont think so!

Two against one!
The constitutional system sometimes works!
How anyone can opine unconstitutional legislation at this stage is beyond my ability to comprehend.
I fully relate to Terri Schiavo in this instance.
We are both brain damaged to the point that neither of us understand why she can be forcibly starved and dehydrated to death, under cover of law, for her own good.
If I participated in this type of cruelty while I prosecuted a declared war in the military,I would be immediately and universally charged by all of my peers, with a crime against humanity.
Poor Terri, she is just a severely brain damaged woman under the jurisdiction of a corrupt judicial system, and a homicidal husband.
Somebody please remind me why men and women are currently fighting and dying in foreign lands for our way of life?
