Randall Terry was on Joseph Farah's radio program the past hour. He was optimistic. He said that if the new guardian opposes rehabilitation therapy, then nothing can change. He said M. Schiavo must be removed as guardian, as anyone should be able to see.

Farah noted that many in the intellectual class are coming to the active defense of the Schiavo-Felos-Greer triumvirate on false "separation of powers" grounds. These people see the legislature and governor as "political" but not the courts, which they see as "legal."

What new guardian> What is he talking about? Do you know? Are Terri's parents with her today>?

There is supposed to be a new guardian, but I think Randall Terry is confusing the day-to-day "guardian" with the "guardian ad litem," who would represent Terri in court, presumably before George W. Greer. Greer dismissed an earlier GAL who tried to get therapy for her.

I don't see how this case is nearly solved. Apparently, Terri should now recover from the dehydration if no one tampers with her tube tonight or thereafter.

R. Terry did not say if the parents are staying in the hospice room through the night. I don't think they are allowed to do so. I also don't know if M. Schiavo is staying in the room at night. We don't get the most up-to-date information, do we?

Farah should have allowed Randall Terry more time to clear up these inconsistencies
