Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...
News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

No, but they're setting up the family with good news that they can visit her at Morton Plant Hospital but when the family arrives there, they are told she isn't there. And, they are not even told that she has been sent back to Hospice.
Attorney Felos is guilty of negligence by causing an entire family MENTAL ANGUISH. I think harassmenet and mental anguish are against the law. Somebody needs to reign Attorney Felos in who is telling Michael what to do. Hubby appears to be brainless and taking orders from Attorney Forced Exit.

"We're dealing with the drug and self-indulgences culture."
For sure we are dealing with things that are truly evil. I would never have believed I would see something like this in my lifetime.

Thanks for the info. This stinks to high heavens. Her husband should have been investigated for possible attempted murder. He sounds like another Scott Peterson to me.

Pres of Hospice Patients Alliance Announces WorldWide Boycott of Florida
COPY OF LETTER SENT:
PLEASE CIRCULATE WIDELY NOTICE OF THIS BOYCOTT
The Honorable Jeb Bush, Governor
Executive Office of the Governor
400 S. Monroe Street
The Capitol
Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0001
Dear Governor Bush,
Your inaction with regard to the Schiavo case is abominable, and I am not
fooled by your public posturing. You are allowing the terrorizing of the entire disabled community, who fear being put to death now as a result of YOUR inaction!
You know you could act AS GOVERNOR to intervene to save her life, until the fraud perpetrated through the courts against Terri Schiavo were to be
investigated.
She is NOT in a coma, and YOU know it! She is responsive and YOU know it!
She has a right to live! and you know it. And Michael Schiavo's testimony
about her supposed wish to die, is obviously fabricated, and YOU know it!
A WORLDWIDE BOYCOTT HAS BEEN INITIATED AGAINST FLORIDA TILL YOU ACT, not
promise to do something. There are too many vulnerable elderly, disabled
and chronically ill in Florida for you to let this precedent stand.
You have bit off more than you can chew and infuriated those who are YOUR
BASE OF SUPPORT! Reconsider and act now. We will NEVER forget what you
have NOT done to protect Terri Schiavo. Your legal action was bogus and
did not include all the reasons the Greer court was biased and unfair.
Your posturing by visiting the Schindlers was disgraceful since you
obviously never intended to use YOUR AUTHORITY as Governor to save Terri.
It is one thing to say you cannot question the court, but as Governor you
COULD order an independent investigation into all the myriad of obviously
flawed conclusions of the Greer court which clearly violate the laws of
Florida regarding the rights of Florida citizens to live
(something quite basic!!)
Sincerely,
Ron Panzer
President, Hospice Patients Alliance

Judge Greer is doing everything Michael Schiavo wants. He has ruled in his favor regarding the cremation of the body. Unreal!

"I think the parents screwed the pooch on this one a little. If the order to rehydrate and give food had been given for my daughter, I'd have camped out at her bedside until she was back in shape. "
I'm probably the millionth person to say this but the hospital took orders from the hubby not to allow her family near her.

Just curious as to what was going on on the "other side" of the fence...won't mention their name
But by reading their posts...they would like to see the woman die.
Funny how different...these sides are.
I am glad I am on this side of the fence :)
Proud to be a freeper!

Hospice doesn't even have a license for chronically ill, only terminally ill. They are all breaking the law, 24/7. It's a major mess and so many bureaucrats sit on Hospice Boards all over the State of Florida.
Felos continues to LIE on NATIONAL TELEVISION every night. I pray that someone slaps a gag order on that man. I don't have the means to do it.

Tonight was completely unexpected, unethical - and sadistic.True, but remember that satan will attack even more viciously after God's people experience victory (kind of like the desperate 'RATS are acting, but I digress). We need to remain calm, keep praying, and know that He is always in control. God is greater than satan. Our prayers thus far have been answered in the way we wished: Terri is not being starved to death. Keep praying. Maybe Pegita can say another prayer for whatever the next miracle is that Terri needs.
God is good.

"At the risk of sounding really, really stupid, I'm going to ask this question: Since adultery is a cause for divorce, why can't a divorce be granted to Terri? Is that absolutely impossible? He certainly can't deny the adultery."
At the risk of also sounding stupid, if Terri cannot be granted a legal divorce, why can't the Catholic church grant her an annulment? Sure, it would not be legally binding, but it would hold sway in public opinion and consequently with the FL state legislature. I am not Catholic so I know nothing of the rules toward granting an annulment.
What do y'all think?

Oh, no, the good and kind hospice is allowing Terri to be admitted for free! Ah, herein is the rub! If she's there for free, then they don't have to comply with the federal guidelines about Medicare, now do they? Always a loophole that Felos has found! Oh, and BTW, he resigned from the Board of Directors just as Terri was admitted as a client.

One of the most maddening things about all this is the media and how they're continually lying. I'm so sick of hearing her described as "comotose" or the phrases "letting her die" or it being called a "right to die" case. AAAARGH! I don't know if it'll do any good, but they need major FReeping.
sorry for the outburst, i'm so mad right now.

>>Why was there not a guard at her door?<<
That's my question. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Is this legally a kidnapping? OUTRAGEOUS.

What was the last assessment of Terri's condition, that you are aware of?

It is unreal. Her family must have unbelievable patience. If it were my daughter... let's just say she'd still be breathing and I'd probably be in jail.
