Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...
News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

That's funny! Of course, I don't know how I can call myself a true lady after writing something like that. I hope I don't get in trouble.

Quote "But let's be honest here. As I drove into the area, church marquees were inviting us to their harvest festivals. I didn't see any that mentioned Terri.
"
Yep and that about sums up the church in America these days...

Unreal.
Can a Judge be recalled or pulled off a case? Seems he has a conflict of interest in this. Maybe Jeb has a legal team that has some ideas of getting Greer off the bench.

Just read on another board that the "husband" is rumored to be employed at the hospital where Terri was transferred to yesterday. Don't know how accurate this is though. If true, how terribly convenient.

Why does everybody keep repeating that "her organs were shutting down"? The ONLY person who has made that claim is Felos. Are we his parrots now?

Not exactly the compassionate medical doctor I was hoping...

Santos was injured as a result of the incident."

the answer is at #600 -- obtained from people close to situation while I was at the vigil/rally over the weekend. I believe this info is also on

I think Greer was removed from the case. The person making the decision now is Chief Justice David Demers
ddemers@co.pinellas/fl.us and I haven't heard of anything going before Greer.

FL judges at the lower levels are elected every six years. However, few get competition because any attorney who runs faces the wrath of the other judges.

I can did thru posts but do any of yall have the number of the disability agency that requested a stay so they could do an investigation? How about the Feds? Here they watch over the state DHS. We need to get all the investigations going that we can. No offense meant to you guys in Florida but this may need to be done outside of the state.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1005175/posts I've been trying to dig up info myself via internet...what we need is boots on the ground with a camera to find these people meeting together outside the court.....
If you see this thread--end posts and work backwards...
here are a few....
Felos wants to write book about terri's case
Judge Greer is on Committee of Monitoring Guardianship yet dismissed 10 page report by GAL in 2000 at Felos request....
Felos connected with hospice
Why is medicaid paying for Terri, someone who is not certified
Terminally Ill to be kept in a hospice? When her husband drives a
recent model Mercedes, owns a home with a pool, has an insurance
corporation, and earns good income?

It is an insidious and sinister development in the medical care sector of society - one that essentially prepares the sick for death rather than support the battle for life...all in the name of "comfort" and "humaneness". I'm not going to speak about this Hospice Nursing home that Terry is in
But Hospice in general is not a bad thing for terminally ill patients
They help not only the patient but also the the family in preparing for what is to happen
Years ago my mother volunteered for a Hospice program around my way to help several dying people and their families through the process .. whether it be picking up their meds .. picking up some food .. or just sitting there to listen to them and offer a hand to hold
She did it because when my father was dying of cancer, there were no support groups or anything close to a Hospice care and she knew how hard it was and how alone people feel.
I don't know how she did it all .. but a few families were helped by her

Felos is playing inexcusable games. Folks, he's the bad guy and Michael is bad too but Felos is orchestrating this nightmare as is his partner, Debra Bushnell. While he's in court, she's usually hoarding over Terri. We must inform our Fla. leaders daily when this weird stuff happens so they don't get apathetic or distracted. I mean, people from the Vigil who are at home now are not going to rest until Terri has the new guardian in 5 days. Until she has the new guardian, she has plenty of guardian angels.
Do your thing if you see anything you like in here.
