"In the end, he knows that if Terri ever recovers, he is in even deeper."
Then does MS fear that if Terri recovers, she pecks out something on a computer keyboard or something like that? Does MS fear not just loss of insurance money, but also a life prison term (some of the prison population may make that a short life prison term)?

The "hospice" specializes in murder (ok - government-funded "assisted living until death" - NOT intensive care for a person NEAR death. Completely agree. This is a very dangerous situation, to be monitored very closely by the family. They should not trust anyone right now.

"I'm really concerned about her going into renal failure" I imagine that is what the demon spouse is hoping for. He and Felos are both power hungry freaks!

A. Effective immediately, continued withholding of nutrition and hydration from Theresa Schiavo is hereby stayed.
But this says nothing about withholding oxygen !!!
Wherefore I still maintain that Mikey will suffocate Terri ... and the loss of oxygen will be blaimed on her further inability to function as a human being !!!
Terri is the only person who can implicate Mikey as the criminal who attacked her and thus put her into this ungodly paralyzed situation from the get go !!!

I am so drained also Sweet as I am sure many other freepers are.....Sweet Jesus yesterday we gave you the Glory for intervening with this vicious murder... I am drained but still am putting my trust in you that terri is in your hands and you will protect her in your way not ours. PS Jesus it would so nice if you could see fit for Terri to survive this and be able someday to say to the world Thank You God

It maybe up for debate but my guess is that with the attention this case has that all the medical facilities involved will not do something to potentially increase their liability.... So I still don't know what law has been broken if they are adhering to the 'stay order' and providing nutrition and hydration....

My understanding is that she had a potassium *deficiency*.
This too can result in heart attack.
FWIW, there is commonly a concomittant deficiency in magnesium, which affects the absorption of calcium. This could explain her bonescan, BTW. I know the conventional wisdom on the Terri threads is that he "worked her over"...perhaps he did. But there are other reasonable explanations, which is why it isn't anywhere near enough evidence to result in criminal prosecution.
How would her potassium deficiency occur? Reportedly she had an eating disorder (bulimia) that could have caused the problem.
Doctors who were treating her failed to catch the potassium deficiency in time to prevent catastrophe, that was the basis of the malpractice suit against them.

Anybody who says patients in "persistent vegetative state" have no brain function, doesn't know what he's talking about.
There's an EXCELLENT article in the NY Times magazine about how much IS going on in the minds of persons in PVS. This article will astonish people who think that 'vegetative' patients have no consciousness:
NY Times: What if There Is Something Going On in There? (the minds of patients in PVS)
(A sidenote: Speaking of native Americans, see post 39 in above link for a picture and article about Patti White Bull, a native American woman who "woke up" after 16 years in a persistent vegetative state -- Patti White Bull.)

I think you should really think about what you are saying. Because as I understand it... To be absent from the Body is to be present with the Lord!
She is still in her body.... so she is not with the Lord, like you are stating!
