"Is there ANY media (anywhere!) that has actually tried to do ANY kind of independent research into her condition?" Not that I've seen any evidence of. They serve an agenda. They don't CARE about the truth. The media, unfortunately, is part of the problem....not part of the solution, at least not by design. The are masters delusion illusion. They have to be either tricked or intimidated into getting the facts out.

It's time to bombard the ACLU and start a campaign expose them for the ghouls they are if they really are going to be trying to kill Terri!

Robert, Greta on Fox is getting her teeth into this. Tonight she was pursuing the angle that Terri was beaten. If this is followed up, Michael Schiavo could be removed as guardian on this basis.
Send Greta any info you find. I think she's on Terri's side.

Good question - I don't know. I wouldn't think so, but maybe in Florida...
My point was only that the statutes allow for him to decide when there is a dispute. The higher courts apparently don't look to see if his finding of facts are reasonable, so he gets away with it. But I don't pretend to be a lawyer. Reading legalese gives me a headache.

Baden is a forensic pathologist. He is qualified to speak on this aspect of Terri's condition and he did a good job tonight.
His performance last night was disgraceful. I emailed Greta and said that along with other info. Looks like he attempted to redeem himself tonight.

Can you copy and repost this without the personal info. Posting home addresses and phone numbers is a big no-no. After you get it copied, ping the mod and ask that this post be removed.

Both Greta and Baden!
The Laci and Kobe stuff is old. She needs a new cause and I think she's grabbed on to this. Let's support her and send her info. She could be our only chance.

Uhhhh, Mo, they are coming down on the side of Michael Sciavo!

If the guardian at litem, this Wolfson, refuses to file a divorce petition, then we will know from the start that he will side with Greer-Schiavo-Felos, right? Of course, he may file it, knowing that George W. Greer will strike it down.

One of the things about the Terri affair is that the "old geezers" in FL, as Rush Limbaugh calls them, seem to support this "right-to-die" philosophy. Many of them have convinced themselves that they will quietly get out of the way and die when their time comes so as to make it easy on their families. Of course, they won't always have that option -- some of them will lie in disability for years before death. They just don't think disabilities will happen to them but to others! In other words, many of them have no clue of what they are really "endorsing" here.

From what I understand, they petitioned Judge Greer for permission to raid the trust fund for legal fees, and he allowed it. If so, he didn't "steal" the money from the trust fund, he has a court order allowing him to take it and pay Felos. (Not that I agree with the Judge's decision.)

Yes, I don't understand how appeals courts are forbidden to re-examine the evidence from a lower court, but they cannot. All they can do is see if the legal procedures were followed. It makes no sense that an appeal court cannot look at the primary evidence if there were serious violations in findings of fact. That is a terrible flaw in the "justice" system everywhere, not just in FL. Of course, the judges like things to remain that way, for it enhances their power and influence.

I watched Greta tonight too. I couldn't believe it! When she said they had the bone scan, I immediately thought somebody here must have sent it to her after last night's pitiful performance. I also liked how Baden emphasized that it was very unusual for a potassium imbalance to cause a heart attack in a healthy young woman. I hope Greta keeps this up. Other than Hannity, Fox has been a major disappointment.

I know .. which means they think it's fine to starve a disabled person to death
I wouldn't want to be a disabled senior living in Fl these days, they might be next
Between the ALCU and AARP?? .. folks around this country should start worry
But hey what do I know .. I'm just a nut

I've not seen it reported who physically removed the feeding tube. Probably a nurse. However, Dr. Gambone was morally responsible. He approved or ordered its removal.
