I am only posting breaking news at Free Republic if I happen to have the news on, and I ask people to give bureaucrats periodic updates from Tampa Bay.

Many organizations and Americans are helping the Schindler family. Everything possible is being done to help Terri. Hundreds of people participated in the 24/7 Vigil at Hospice. It may still be going on as I type this.

The news media kept stating that the same small number of demonstrators were keeping a vigil for Terri. Thousands of people trampled Hospice's lawn for 8 days. Hundreds of people wanted to meet the family. There was the media circus going on as well. I have so many images in my head. I have at least 500 new friends.

Yeah, well, if he does then he knows his _$$ is ours....not meaning that in any violent sense lest I be misunderstood. Passions are running pretty high here.

Personally, I doubt he could stay here too long because he might be subject to pangs of conscience, that is if his conscience isn't so dead that he is beyond help.

I recall a Bible teacher who once said, "if you really want to get to a sanctimonious, egotistical blowhard SOB (or something like that), pray for him." Nothing can make a person so uncomfortable as being worked over by the Holy Spirit whether he likes it or not, and prayer sets the Spirit to work on a person.

In general discussion threads there, there is a thread regarding Jeb's actions to get her fed again. It looked like a long heated debate and many there really did think Jeb did the right thing. Of course, there were also many who insisted it was wrong (but I think those are the ones who think any conservative is evil.) I was amazed that many really did support it though.

I would bet money that the only reason for this is the gross misrepresentation in both the press and the polls, referring to Terri as having "been in a coma for 13 years" or the "brain-dead Florida woman" or some other such tripe. The AOL poll in question termed it just that way...should the comatose woman be allowed to die, or kept alive? Yellow journalism at its finest.

Family has seen Terri today and father was just amazed at how much better she looks than yesterday.

The creepy thing about Wolfson is that he is a lawyer and has some medical background, maybe juris doctor or MD. So, he can argue for his point of view and well, you see where I'm headed because he would be making medical decisions for Terri. IS THE FIX STILL IN? Inquiring freepers want to know.
