"I'd be willing to bet MS reads these threads. I'm sure he knows that Free Republic is "part of the problem"

Yeah, well, if he does then he knows his _$$ is ours....not meaning that in any violent sense lest I be misunderstood. Passions are running pretty high here.

Personally, I doubt he could stay here too long because he might be subject to pangs of conscience, that is if his conscience isn't so dead that he is beyond help.

I recall a Bible teacher who once said, "if you really want to get to a sanctimonious, egotistical blowhard SOB (or something like that), pray for him." Nothing can make a person so uncomfortable as being worked over by the Holy Spirit whether he likes it or not, and prayer sets the Spirit to work on a person.

For all you FR Google gurus checking into Wolfson, the potential Guardian Ad Litem, I went back and hunted a couple of things I'd read in the wee hours this morning that might help in your research. Forgive me if you have this already, I have gotten hopelessly behind reading posts! (A reminder to any newbies, do NOT post individual's private contact info, i.e. home addys, phone numbers, etc. on the public forum!)

Here's a little more info on Wolfson's various associations. At post #40 at Lawyer: Terri still in danger, FReeper Tucson_AZ posted a current article that says:

"If an agreement cannot be reached, Demeres said, he will appoint Dr. Jay Wolfson, a professor of health and law at Stetson University, as the guardian. Wolfson also works for the College of Public Health at Florida State University and the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida.

FReeper shhrubbery! found an AMAZING article from 1994 about a lawsuit where Wolfson was sued for assault, it has more leads. It's at post #181 on the same thread, here. You've GOT to read the whole thing, but here's a tiny excerpt:

Jay Wolfson, a USF professor and member of the Hillsborough County Hospital Authority, threatened secretary Yolanda Santos, grabbed her and jumped on her back - all in a struggle over Santos' personal tape recorder, the suit charges.
[snip]
"We're comfortable that Dr. Wolfson did nothing inappropriate that day," said Tracy Sheehan, one of the lawyers representing him.

Does anyone else think it might be very educational to find out what sort of connections Wolfson's lawyer has? Of couse, the article is from nearly ten years ago, but it's full of interesting stuff. Understand, I'm NOT implying that any of these connections are necessarily nefarious, in fact it looks like practically everyone in that area serves on each other's boards -- wasn't there something about the Senate leader, King, was even on the Hospice board? The mind reels! Every minor connection between the players may not be evidence of a deep, dark conspiracy, but FReepers ought to be able to flush out any blatant conflicts of interest!

Please forgive me for posting and running, I have been up for about 28 hours straight and can't focus my eyes anymore (took over 45 min to HTML format this post, LOL!), but I wanted to get this info posted so people can do their research. Keep praying for Terri, where there is life, there is hope!
