Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

CYN WROTE: "Felos said earlier that the woman was quietly dying after the tube was removed, that her heartbeat had become irregular and her kidneys were shutting down, and that it was "simply inhumane and barbaric to interrupt her death process."

And of course, what he said directly contradicts the report that her parents have given today! She's much better than she was last night, when they were so worried about her.

Thanks for reminding me. I did place a call to the AP guy out of Tampa Florida named Mitch Stacy. You should see the piece he wrote that's printed in today's Fresno Bee. Unbelievably shoddy and non-factual reporting. If you do a google search on him, you'll see for yourself. His # is 813-254-6316. I had to leave a message and he hasn't called me back. Do we have an email address for the Felos guy? If we haven't been freeping him, we need to. Then we will know without a doubt that most of his emails are not encouraging, even if he lies about it. We must be VERY careful though that NONE of our words to him could be construed as threatening. I don't want any of the good guys here getting sued since we know that guy likely would sue anyone he could if he thought he could get any money out of it.

They really weigh in on religious freedoms, as well as others. They're the good guys. I'd feel better if the Schinders at least had knowledge of this.

There is supposed to be a new guardian, but I think Randall Terry is confusing the day-to-day "guardian" with the "guardian ad litem," who would represent Terri in court, presumably before George W. Greer. Greer dismissed an earlier GAL who tried to get therapy for her.

I don't see how this case is nearly solved. Apparently, Terri should now recover from the dehydration if no one tampers with her tube tonight or thereafter.

R. Terry did not say if the parents are staying in the hospice room through the night. I don't think they are allowed to do so. I also don't know if M. Schiavo is staying in the room at night. We don't get the most up-to-date information, do we?

Farah should have allowed Randall Terry more time to clear up these inconsistencies
