Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

I don't agree, sorry. If you listen to their attorney and anyone connected with him, including the husband, everyone is a liar and/or misstating everything. Now, where one might conclude that Terri's family might have a little prejudice here (I don't believe they do) then you would not count what they say. But, look at the volumes of people, professionals, specialists who have had first-hand dealings with the Schiavo team and they have NOTHING to gain by coming forward with there stories. Even if Terri is beyond hope (I don't believe she is) then you still have the issues of the husband, his attorney(s), questionable antics and conduct by Judge Greer, and last but not least, the medical professionals who have stated at more than one facility about Terri's medical records being "sanitized, tampered with to remove documentation of her condition". I made a post on one of the threads and asked a simple question: If someone removed medical information from your records in order to present to someone who might view them to make an analysis, or doctored same records to present a lack of progress, etc., thereby completely distorting the reality of the situation AND these records were used to make a determination of whether you lived or died, wouldn't you be upset? This involves everyone, because next time, it might be you. Plus, the people who have done this have much to gain and much to lose depending on the outcome.

Yep...big red flag time. As I stated earlier...I am getting into this late in the game. I don't have nearly as much information and particulars as many of you do on this thread. Nurse Carla's statement caught my eye, and I am looking at it from an administrator's position and from what a staff members position should ideally be. If Florida is anything like CA and I'm sure it is. Staff are mandated reporters. Period. No if's and's or but's. Unfortunately, sometimes this does not happen.

As a consultant, I went through 1000's of charts in LTC facilities. I would say a high percentage of charts where train wrecks.

Poor or missing documentation, pages missing, falling out or in the wrong section. Pages 'replaced' or forged. Weights that hadn't been recorded for six months suddenly appearing (same with other tests etc).

I use to be a medical records tech at a decent size hospital. I had to put together and organize hundreds of charts every night. It always amazed me how the nurses and doctors there treated the charts. I spent many a night harrassing nurses trying to find missing charts and missing papers. It was insane. Some nurses even thought they could hide charts from me that they weren't finished with after the patient went home and get away with it. One doctor even took 12 charts home with him once and let his kid color on them with crayons!! (he got in LOADS of trouble once my boss found out too) So many of them didn't seem to get how important it was for us to have charts on hand when a patient left the hospital because if they came back to the ER, the ER *had* to have their chart. They didn't realize someone's life could be in danger if they hid charts from me and the patient showed back up and a doctor needed to know their allergies. You would think that after having me fuss at them for it a dozen times, they'd get it, but I was just a lowly medical records tech and not worth listening to apparently.

I hope Schiavo's girlfriend buys life insurance so she and the kids are covered if Michael were to suffer a similar injury, say from slipping on a banana peel or roller skate carelessly left at the top of the stairs.

Someone needs to call in a detective, a real good detective, to check into this.

Someone would be Jeb Bush, he has all the legal and investigative resources of the state at his disposal. I still contend this whole exercise was a political CYA effort, and that only because of the outcry of so many here on FR.

Can anyone explain why Jeb has taken no action to assure that Terri is safeguarded?

I think she's covered ~ I believe she's in the insurance business, but research hasn't yet confirmed that. Thought it was posted that she and her intended had the agency headquarters in their home (which I believe, was hers to begin with ~ the home, that is)... if you'd like to investigate this angle, it would be interesting, because if one were in the business, one would know just what type of insurance one would need for situations one would find themselves in ~ or at least put another one in ...

If this is true then why would he keep announcing it? Why not just be patient and wait? What is his motive? Why does he keep bringing it up that the feeding tube should be removed if she's going to die soon anyway? Keep fighting Terri.

Maybe this is just part of his PR to convince the public and sway them to their side. Maybe Terri is a lot stronger than they thought and they're growing weary of the whole mess. Maybe trying to head off that investigation of whether Michael abused Terri.

I pray that You would turn back any ill effects this dehydration and starvation would have had ~ be for her that Living Water and Manna from Heaven that would carry her through. It's so excruciatingly frustrating to feel so powerless. All we can do is write letters and send emails.

BAY NEWS 9 ATTY FELOS HOLDING PRESS CONFERENCE NOW. Oops. Attorney Felos said "Mr. Schiavo as Terri's spouse wants to make sure that he follows his wishes." I mean "her wishes."

Hubby is going to fight Terri's Law as unconstitutional. There is 65K left. Terri's treating doctor at present is: Dr. Stanton Trikotas (Greek). Terri is in Medicaid because a home is a marital asset allowed.

72% in AOL disagreed with Gov. Bush in a poll. Felos says Americans agree with husband. Gov. putting best spin on this. Attorney Chamberlain approved Terri's Medicaid Application and she qualified. Someone asked him about MS' big car and fancy house. Felos said "not affluent lifestyle."

Felos has limited resources and is running out of time. Mad that Governor Bush took Terri out of her death bed and he's been getting positive, supportive emails that support what Felos is doing. Michael feels so glad that the public is on his side.

They want to get Terri's law declared unconstitutional so they can get back TO THE DEATH PROCESS. After Terri is dead, they will look at all of the events to decide who Felos will sue (ie doctors for malpractice). No comment re: video of Terri acting very much alive. Admitted that Terri looks good today, color good. Said her cerebral cortex is gone. She can't think.

Finally, Felos just stated on Bay News 9 that the reason the family hasn't gotten any medical information is because they didn't ask for it and finally, he said the chance that both sides would agree on a guardian are "remote".

He said that he sposes the Court appointed guardian might be okay, is a lawyer and has medical background.

Felos is sharp ~ got Terri off of the Hospice payroll and onto Medicaid. "Husband" is living with his lady, in her home, I believe. There are four days left until the GAL takes over ~ more prayer and more work.
