Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

In the meantime, when care is critical, only Michael has a say in her medical treatment. There is no one from the pro-life side in this guardianship case - representing those who are trying to save Terri's life - by Terri's side, with any say in her treatment.

Terri looks worse after being released from the Hospital. Did they just stick the IV in her at 9:30 pm after Delegate Marshall called them from the Beltway, shove the tube back in. NO MEDICAL TREATMENT?

I told my mom to never go to Morton Plant Hospital downtown and if she ever needs a hospital, REQUEST THAT MICHAEL SCHIAVO not be her nurse. That is what everybody in Pinellas County is doing. They are refusing to have Michael Schiavo touch them!!!

I bet MPH did the bare minimum for Terri and shipped her back to Hospice with POLICE ESCORT in WORSE CONDITION.... This must get out because it's probably true!!!!! No medical information released in the past 24 hours. No medical guardian for another four days.

DOES TERRI HAVE FOUR DAYS?

IMO, people aren't released from any HOSPITAL "if they look worse". Did MPH FAIL TO PROVIDE MEDICAL TREATMENT TO TERRI per attorney's threats????????? Isn't that threat and intimidation? Isn't what Felos is doing to Terri's family MENTAL ANGUISH? Is anyone here feeling mental anguish? IMAGINE BEING A FAMILY MEMBER. Gotta go.

well, I just got off the phone with one of local news told them they need to get somebody down there to do some digging, told them some of the things we freepers know....why aren't they checking into it????

There was a post last night with info about him but I don't remember it saying anything about him being on hospice.

I worked in a campaign in 2000 and found out from a state attorney speaking at one of our fundraisers that the only way you can be informed about elected judges is ask a lawyer. If you don't know any, he said, make cold calls from the yellow pages until you get some answers. Many of these positions are considered non-partisan, so they don't have to identify their party and my local RNC said they couldn't legally give me a recommendation. I find this abusrd because the Supervisor of Elections candidates have to indicate their political affiliation. Anyway, I think Jeb has been able to make one appointment to the SCOFLAW bench, so it's not 100% corrupt :)

All they did at MPH hospital was essentially veg her out. I just saw footage of Terri being loaded into a Sunstar Ambulance. "Hubby is still debating re: changing his mind" I think that is spin from hubby's attorney to distract us because they are still trying to do her in IMO.

This is not a violent post. This is happening in Pinellas County, Florida - this is breaking news... Some news is violent.

My mom is here and she is extremely touchy about this. She sees my husband's and my support for Terri's survival as a sign that we won't respect her wishes with respect to her own living will. She is completely unwilling to see that the facts of this case are so very different from that kind of case--where a living will exists and the family all understands what is wanted. She won't believe that Michael Schiavo is evil; she thinks we are evil to make a woman who is "screaming inside let me go, let me go" stay in a ruined body.

Unbelievably, to me, she doesn't believe the parents have any right at all in this case. She can't see the inconsistency there. Certainly if it was the husband fighting to keep her alive, she'd side with the parents--that's how big she is on 'right to die'--but this isn't about 'right to die'--we see that, but she can't.

Just venting. I'm sick as can be and I won't have the energy to fight with her about it evn if I wanted to, and I don't. I want the visit to be wonderful, not hurtful. So I won't discuss it anymore, even though it's the one thing I feel strongest about right now.

Anybody else whose family is divided over this, boy, you have my sympathy. It's very painful.

I called Mike Bell, got right through. I told him this is not a right to die case, this is a right to KILL cse. We know she was not in a coma, and even if we support the right to die, we do not suppor tht eright to kill. Talked to him for about 10 mins. I told we were watching, and it wasn'f fair that he was put in a bad sitaution, there could be law suits and we were not going away , even if she dies. I tol dhim i would pay big money to see the hospice proscecuted by any means necessary if she dies there. I don't care who is the gaurdian. We fought to keep her alive, that is waht this is all about. CALL HIM..

I really dont' know where to start MS, Terri was taken from the hospital...staff told her brother they didn't know where she was. She was returned to the hospice.
