Is that before or after we call someone who will honor his wishes to not continue on anymore in his state of mind?

The DOD should hire Felos; he could imagine down the air forces of hostile countries for them.

"Do we know what MS does for a living?"

I have heard that he is either a nurse or I believe maybe a respiratory therapist...employed by a hospital. Yet another irony, huh?

THink of all the money we'd save. Why, we wouldn't even NEED a DOD anymore!

Send someone to seize Felos and lock him in a sealed room. 14 days and he'll be gone with all the joy he wished on Terri.

I wonder what would happen if he imagined he was on a plane imagining that the plane was crashing.

He would imagine that on the third day, he would rise again.

I don't think he would have the strength to make it a full fourteen days being the coward that he is.

You know, I bet that one person soul that was crying out for him to help her, I am almost certain that she would like to personally thank him! Don't you think it is rather impolite for him to stay around here and not go and accept her gratitude.

"I was also expecting that a GAL would be appointed rather more quickly."

I think we were all expecting that the murderer would be replaced as Terri's guardian right away. I know that I certainly wasn't ready to hear that his power over her remained in place.

Felos is delusional. He probably drank some bad goat's milk when he was over in Greece all those years ago, and it affected his mind permanently! Hey, I've got it! Maybe this is his way of saying he'd like to be put out of his miserable life!

This is what they're SUPPOSED to do...

State of Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program http://www.guardianadlitem.org/about.htm#Mission

Information Gatherer
The GAL's "investigative" function is more properly described as independent fact finder, information gatherer, or observer. The GAL can be expected to gather information about the child's current situation (as opposed to the allegations in the petition) by interviewing the child, parents, relatives and/or friends, school personnel, and professionals with whom the child has contact. The Guardian Ad Litem can gather reports and written records pertaining to the child and his family. It also may be useful for the GAL to observe the child's interactions with the significant others in his life and report those observations to the court. Finally the GAL can provide invaluable information about the past responses of both the child welfare system and the court system with regards to the needs of the child.

I think the order said he was to report to Jeb.

Well the GAL is simply a professional busybody with investigatory powers. He or she can tell Jeb and the judge what was found, but can't actually trump a court decision. (Whereas that state agency for the disabled, CAN)
