Terri was just moved to Morton plant hospital under Gov. Bush's orders ...

Once she is in the hospital it will be much more difficult to kill her. The hospital is subject to the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA), that requires an emergent patient be treated and stabilized. If they don't provide the care, her new guardian can sue them as well as report the violation to Florida's state department of health. Legal penalties are high for a violation of this type. In addition, Medicare's Conditions of Participation require certain standards of care for hospital patients. This lady has some Federal protections now. Keep that in mind if they try to do anything to her in the hospital.
