I know but it seems they moved Terri to the hospital and this is up to the MD's discretion, will they let her die and hang the consequences?!
MD's do not have discretion to starve patients to death absent informed, written consent. They also do not have discretion to disobey lawful orders. They are also constrianed by the Hyppocratic Oath to do no harm.
I would hope that any Dr who decides he is above the laws of Florida, the laws of God and the rights of man suffers a severe comeuppance.
