"I do not believe the governor of Florida should be making a decision of life and death rather than the next of kin," said Sen. Steven Geller, D-Hallandale.
Typical logic from a DemocRAT. As if Sen. Stupid Galler was not aware that it was indeed Terri's parents (next of kin) who requested Gov. Bush to reinsert her feeding tube !!!

"I agree, in addition he should order the troopers to shoot her "husband" and his attorney if they so much as take a step towards her door."
I guess Terri told you personally that she wanted to be stuck full of tubes if she ever became a vegetable?
Why didn't you speak up sooner?

"Let's pray for all those who do not know Him personally to come to a saving faith in Jesus through this marvelous intervention." Amen to that. That has been my prayer Polly. This is already a miracle that the government has worked so quickly in spite of the opposition. There is so much more room for God's glory to be revealed in this situation. Being a very efficient God, it seems He just might want to give the world something to see while they are watching so intently.

Would be nice if Michael Schivo and Scott Peterson could share a cell for rest of life with bread and water if they lucky
How about nothing but Jello -- the stuff he has been fighting so hard to prevent her from having?

"That's the truth. He wants her dead, everyone should be asking why."
Devils Advocate: Maybe because she told him that she didn't want to be kept on artificial life support if she became a vegetable, and wants to keep his promise to her?

Exactly so. It's as if courts were put in place to stifle democracy--except by the definition of that term used by the "Democrats."
No, it's as if the "legislators" stole power from another branch of government.
You big phonies would be whining if a (D) governor had a special law passed so he could overturn a court ruling, violating separation of powers.

The Legislature has all law making authority. If they wanted to give Gov. Bush this power they have the right to do so. This is our system at it's finest.
The legislature has taken it's authority back from the Courts. Just as they could have with the 2000 re-count.

Then why did he wait, what, 7 years until he got the malpractice settlement before remembering that she did not want to be kept alive?

Lets hope that their scheme to murder Teri for her insurance and lawsuit settlement money will also be exposed.
Assuming there is a scheme. If you are so sure, can you show me documented proof?

Hmmmm... Were that the case, then why didn't he uphold the same promises of commitment to her and her alone that he made on their wedding day?

Being a nurse, I have seen plenty of people in a permanent vegetative state. She is not in one. she has too many responses to stimulus and the environment.
