The state can pass any law it wants.

How about a brain scam to verify that vegatative state they are claiming? Bet they may find brain activity if they did.

What really turn my stomach was the fact they wouldn't let her have communion. They were afriad that she might be capable of eating solid food.

I didn't know that no brain scan had been done. That changes my opinion on this case. A brain scan should be mandatory before officially determining that someone is in a vegetative state.
