In California, maybe. Here in New York, where we have actual BARS, particularly in the outer boroughs, it has hurt business drastically.

Will you find me someone who has "died" from passive smoking? I'm sure there are a few people who have lived in a house with a smoker for thirty years without leaving said person, but have their been ACTUAL CASES of waitstaff who have DIED from "second hand smoke?"

There is virtually no debate over the negative health effects caused by smoking - or even of secondhand smoke - in the scientific community.Ah, minnie, comments like this prove that the foundation of your beliefs lies in your hatred of smokers, not in the facts.
