He willed for Terri to survive thru the courts. Now we need to continue to pray that it will be His will for her to recover from this.

I don't believe so, although he is still the judge 'in charge'. Plus, a district judge (not Greer) must appoint a 'guardian ad litem' for Terri. This guardian does not supplant Terri's husband as guardian, but he makes recommendations (and I believe Scarsdale said investigations) about Terri's case to the Gov. and to the court (Greer's court).
At least, that is what I understand from the questioning that went on in the House regarding the Senate's changes.

I should add, that it was said on the House floor by Scarsdale, that it is likely this case will end up in the Florida Supreme Court (but Terri gets water & food now).
