Our group has been in contact with Jeb Bush, who has the power to take executive action and stop this atrocity from occurring in his state.

Please explain what legal authority Gov. Bush possesses to take charge of this case.

As has been cited on other threads, Governor Bush has expressed a desire to intervein, but lacks the legal means to do so.

Now if you know of a legal avenue that the Governor or anyone else for that matter can take to step in, please let us know.

This is an atrocity, and none would dare say otherwise. But groundless accusations and attacks on the Governor serve no one.

Have you been READING? Both the Thomas More Law Center and Judicial Watch have provided openings and strategies for Bush to intervene.

He is wringing his hands. Apparently the poll numbers aren't right.

I suspect that he will find out too late that the backlash on this one will be overwhelming.

A governor can save a murderer on death row from execution with one call. He doesn't even have to have a reason. One governor in another state pardoned all death row inmates when he was leaving office.

An excutive order would stop this slow murder of Terri, while they looked into the legal ramifications. They may eventually rule against the order, but it would give the rest of us a chance to fight for Terri and make sure the world is aware of this travesty.

From what I can tell, if the 'legal authority' to care for this woman were present, Gov. Bush would do it in a split second. I mean, it's a slam dunk.

But if no legal authority exists for his action(s), anything he does would be unlawful.

Isn't that what we accuse the Leftists of doing? If so, why should we act outside the boundaries of the law?
