Terri shiavo is being murdered before my eyes!!!!!!!

I am posting this message from Pinellas Park Florida concerning a matter of utmost urgency. At this very moment the state of Florida is committing a crime against humanity. A young woman named Terri Shiavo is being starved to death in Hospice care by order of the Florida courts. Terri suffered massive injuries several years ago which left her in severe physical condition and in need of major therapy. However, her husband has seen to it that Terri had no therapy or medical treatment, making it clear that his only wishes were for Terri to just hurry up and die. (lots of life insurance money involved) When he saw that Terri was going to fight for her life he began proceedings to have her euthanized… The mainstream media has lied about this case from word one saying that Terri is in a comma or a persistent vegetative state when she is actually very responsive to the attention and instructions given to her by others. The media has also stated that Terri is on life support which she is not….The only way Terri is assisted is by a feeding tube. Her injuries have left her unable to chew or speak because she has been denied any type of rehabilitation. Terri’s husband is strongly suspected in this case. Nurses and countless others have filed affidavits with Florida’s legal system stating that Terri’s husband is extremely abusive toward her and that he tried to kill her by giving her injections of pure insulin while she lay in the hospital. Yet, no criminal investigation has ever been carried out in this matter….why? Because Terri’s husband received nearly one million dollars to pay for Terri’s rehabilitation, and it is strongly suspected that he owns the judge who is handling this case. On Wednesday Terri’s husband won his battle to have her murdered, and her feeding tube was removed from her body…She has had no food or liquids since 2 pm wed. I came to Florida to investigate this matter. I just couldn’t believe that this could happen in America. But its all true and a helpless Terri Shiavo lies dying a horrible death while her parents and loved ones are kept from her side by armed guards. I have been standing vigil with Terri’s family for the past two days and I must say that this is the most horrifying thing I have ever witnessed. We need your help to get Terri’s story out before its too late. She only has a couple of days left. Our group has been in contact with Jeb Bush, who has the power to take executive action and stop this atrocity from occurring in his state. Jeb is obviously more worried about his political career than he is the life of one of his constituents….Don’t let Florida hide Terri’s story any longer….Go to her web site www.terrisfight.org and get the facts. You will be alarmed at what you see. Please call president bush, Governor Bush, and any other government officials you can think of, but most of all help us to get the truth out. I have watched reporters from CNN, FOX, WGN, CBS, ABC, and MSNBC interview Terri’s family. They are filming and reporting the truth but it is never getting past the cutting room floor. Please call your local papers and radio stations….We must get the truth out or this woman will be dead very soon. No one in Florida’s courts or political system will even hear Teri’s case or her family’s cries for justice. I guess its just not good politics to try and do the right thing anymore. Please help…. everything you do can make a difference…If the state of Florida can get away with murdering a helpless woman then the rest of us are fair game………PLEASE HELP. This is REAL and it’s happening right now.

Given that the two statutes are in conflict, haven't the Schindlers litigated this? If not, why not?

All court matters related to Terri are required to go before Judge Greer. He states that spoon-feeding would kill Terri; thus, it is so.

Denial of oral sustenance, when such denial would kills someone, is expressly forbidden. Of course, Greer's denial of oral sustenance is supposedly for the purpose of ensuring Terri doesn't get fluid in her lungs and develop pneumonia, but I think Jeb could clearly say that--regardless of what Judge Greer claims--that denial of oral sustenance in this case would have the effect of killing her.

Would you like Jeb to overturn the court order for Terri by executive order? Would you like Jeb sued for failing to protect Terri? I'm just curious as to how far you'd go.

Well, yes, we can "repair" the laws later after we replace the tube back and save Terri's life.

And you're going to do that how? The lawyers for the Schindlers have said they've exhausted all legal avenues. Are you proposing doing something extralegal?

And that, indeed, is the problem.

I'm sure, if the Schindlers file a wrongful death suit, it'll be done in federal court so they don't get Judge Greer assigned to the case.

How do you know she does not wish to die?

At least two factors indicate there is no reason to believe her wish to die:

Her HINO has been deliberately making her life miserable, so that he could then use her misery as an excuse to kill her. Does that seem like something a loving husband would do?

Speaker of the House, Johnnie Byrd to introduce “Terri’s Bill”

Clearwater, FL October 19, 2003: The Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, has called a special session of the Florida Legislature for Monday, October 20, 2003. At that time, Florida’s Speaker of the House will introduce “Terri’s Bill”. By Florida law, two thirds majority vote are required to have a topic entered.

Volunteers with the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation have learned that Senate President, Jim King is against this bill.

The Bill would put an immediate moratorium on all dehydration and starvation deaths currently pending in Florida.

We have come to a time when the merchants of death have created a constitutional crisis and a justice gridlock, while the rightful life of Florida’s disabled and vulnerable citizens tragically hang on Terri Schindler-Schiavo’s court ordered dehydration and starvation death.

We urge all concerned Floridians to contact their Senators and State House members to vote for Terri’s bill.

I don't Jeb Bush well enough to know whether his inaction is a result of malice (she's better off dead), cowardice(something bad could happen), incompetance (duh, what do I do?), or outside pressure. As such I don't know whether he should be named in any wrongful death suit.

Actually, in all fairness, I doubt that a wrongful death suit has much of a chance of success against any of the principals. A federal civil rights conspiracy charge might have some merit (and could--dream dream--get those creeps the needle) but I don't think a wrongful death suit would go anywhere.

The problem is that it will be hard to prove Terri's death was really wrongful. We here know it would be, of course, but unfortunately most of the evidence which would lead us to that conclusion would not be admissible on a wrongful death suit.

On the other hand, the judge's consistent refusal to appoint a guardian ad litem(*) for a disabled person seems like a gross violation of a number of federal rights laws.

(*) I just realized something: I earlier thought Schiavo et al. may have managed to quasi-legally sideswipe the Schindler's attourneys by dismissing the first g-a-l and have the hearing for whether to replace him occur before the Schindlers got enough evidence of conflict-of-interest. But I just realized that the court would be required to appoint a guardian ad litem even if the parents and their attourneys were totally out of the picture. Unless I misunderstand things (always possible) even a failure of the Schindlers' attoruneys to produce timely evidence of a potential conflict of interest should not have let Judge Greer off the hook for failing to appoint a guardian ad litem.

Maybe God could send a nice accident or illness to Michael Schiavo in the next day or two. If Terri was a widow her "guardian" would need replacing and her parents could step in. I am not advocating anyone do this to him but God Himself.

You might say "But God wouldn't do that!" Oh no? What about Sodom and Gomorrah? Or Noah's flood? Or even Ananias in the book of Acts, chapter 5:1-6:

True story here. Several years ago my pastor's daughter's estranged abusive husband called telling her that he was coming for their son and if anyone tried to stop him he would kill them all. Well this pastor was truly a man of God and he prayed that God would intervene and protect them all. Lo and behold the son in law was killed in a car wreck on the way to their house. So God can and does take care of things when necessary.

I'm at the point where I'm not really concerned about the law here. Sorry folks, but this law is immoral, or at least in this case is being illegally applied.

Any action taken to replace her feeding tube will be rewarded by the Lord but punished by Man. What are we to do then?

This is to me a very clear case of domestic homicide, but long and drawn out because he failed to finish the deed for whatever reason previously. Perhaps he figured he had injured her sufficiently enough to render her brain dead. Whoopsie!

Anyone see Tommy Lee Jones in Blue Sky? Very eerie similarities here... Sure it has liberal Lange in it, but the story makes me wonder just how easily it will be, once euthanasia/right to die legislation is passed, to get rid of dissenters. Since the libs/socialists/commies/aryans can't debate their way out of a paper bag mostly due to their positions being unsupportable, just make it legal to kill your opponents... once certain... CRITERIA... have been met.

Plane ticket/instructions (I haven't the slightest idea how to properly replace the tube, with my luck I'd end up harming her and then be prosecuted for 2nd degree manslaughter. Oh the irony!). My sister lives down there, but...heck if she'd be willing to put her life and career on the line.

Re: post 218 - Thanks, you brought up a few excellent points. I also think this isn't simply a Republican vs Democrat issue. I think it's more a war of worldviews, and a spiritual battle.

Also, you mentioned about the Bushes not doing much to stop or slow down the anti life agenda. I don't know about GW, but if I remember correctly, Bush Sr. was pro-choice, (until he had to change his stance on this issue while running with Reagan, if I remember correctly) Many elites are concerned with "population control" and fund organizations like Planned Parenthood, etc.

There is a quote by Bush Sr. on this page - 2nd paragraph under 1969.
