It seems to me that either way this could be used by Terri's family.
If she was denied the sacraments, that's illegal.
If she took the sacraments and was able to swallow, that would prove something.
I hope their atty is able to do something with this.
There was a thread a few weeks back when the priest was first denied access to Terri. This issue was discussed. Apparently as her husband and guardian he has the legal right to make that decision on her behalf. Now morally, that's another story, but then I think it's pretty evident that doing what is morally right is not high on his list of priorities.
