"If she was denied the sacraments, that's illegal."

There was a thread a few weeks back when the priest was first denied access to Terri. This issue was discussed. Apparently as her husband and guardian he has the legal right to make that decision on her behalf. Now morally, that's another story, but then I think it's pretty evident that doing what is morally right is not high on his list of priorities.

Wow, I didn't know that a guardian could deny someone her religious rights. This doesn't seem right.
