Pedro has things under control. The two solo home runs by Giambi...that's all the Yanks have gotten off him so far. He'll only get up one more time (and hopefully nobody's on base when he does). I think Pedro should do at least the eighth and then bring Williamson in for the 9th.

What the Red Sox need right now is an insurance run and Ramirez has a 3-0 count...

Soriano is easily one of the most overrated players in baseball today. If I made that many errors and choked this much in the postseason, I would put myself on the bench.

Might be a good to pull Martinez. Save his arm for the Fish.

If they pull Martinez, they might not be playing the Fish. I still remember the poor decision to pull Clemens out early in 1986.

I am picturing a baby in a crib with a whole bunch of people with lab coats yelling "BOO" every so often. Desensitization and all.

If I'm looking at it correctly and the Yanks go down in order in the 8th, the first two reach in the bottom of the 9th --- Giambi has a chance to win it. That is, of course, presuming the BOSOX don't score again.
