Instead of going after the judge, why can't Michael be charged with neglect? This could be a new case, as he is now in violation of the Florida guardianship law that states a guardian cannot deny basic care (food and water) to their ward. He may have the right to pull her feeding tube, as it is considered artificial life support, but he cannot deny her right to eat through her mouth. I think that is what they were asking Gov. Bush to do.....
