And you are very correct...at least one person died because she changed her mind at the last minute but the hemlock support volunteer jumped in and held the plastic bag over the person's head, killing the person.

You may think there are hundreds and that medical personnel have the time and concern to read through each and every person's specific living will paperwork, but you can trust me on this....they slap a very highly colored piece of paper, usually red, with the letters in capital "DNR" on the front of the chart.

She would do alot more but she is having really bad morning sickness. Some of them had never even heard about this case. Now that they know are outraged.

I keep thinking about the people of Florida, and their court system.

Makes me believe that the people have filled the courts with the judges that they deserve. If the politics in Florida is so fractious, and the liberals still win, why aren't the conservatives demanding justice?

There must be a way to change the profile of the courts, to sway the judges to conservative ideals.

To hear that little has changed since the 2000 election and the Florida Supreme Court's historic rulings, is really disturbing.

I can work 60+ hours a week right now or more if I want to, guess why?
