Wednesday's outrage should result in the United States disengaging from the Palestinian territories, suspending financial aid for the Palestinian Authority and offering Israel all the assistance and encouragement it needs to root out and destroy the terrorists.I agree with the first two, except that I wouldn't "suspend" aid to the PA; we shouldn't have been doing that in the first place. So it should be ended, period.
Otherwise we should stay out of this centuries-old fight. We would have a lot less trouble in this world if we learned to mind our own business.

I have to respectfully disagree with you.
The Israelis are our allies. After WWII, the world said never again. If we leave the Israelis side, not only will we violate our partnership with them, financially they will be unable to remain strong militarily and the Arabs may well succeed in their desire to kill off the Jewish population in Israel. We also have a strategic interest in the Arab countries. We absolutely need their oil. So we do this delicate, and not so delicate, dance.

(The Clintons have pardoned more terrorists than they ever captured or killed.)
