I'm waiting for the regular season Red Sox offense to show up this series.

The only time you'll see a regular season offense show up in the playoffs is if it stank, or a pitcher just choked hard. Playoffs are for defense.

The Yankees of a few years ago were much more patient at the plate. This year there are so many sub-10 pitch innings against them, it's not even funny. If they don't make the pitcher work, he can go deeper into the game, making the bullpen less of a factor. I'm preparing myself mentally for the Sox to win the series. I haven't done that since 1996.
