The Cubs ain't winning tonight. You just scored a ton of bad ju-ju with your post #. I noticed that too. Good thing the bad ju-ju is headed for SamAdams76's place.
The Sox bad ju-ju, that I place at Chad Fairbank's feet. He said he was going to bring the goat.

Karim Garcia may be MVP of the series. I wonder -- does the MVP always come from the team that won? You could make a case for several Red Sox players even if they lose.

I'd like to see game 7 too, the rematch of game 4.
It's the best way to beat the 'curse of the Bambino,' by beating them in New York

*WAIT* there is *ANOTHER* Game *ON* now!
To: fhayek
I agree, and it is a pleasure. It is probably the only civilized discussion of the game between Red Sox and Yankee fans. Mostly we are all baseball fans, and it is nice being in the company of others who know and appreciate the game.
Don't feel sorry for us. We're used to it. But hey, we keep hoping.
See you tomorrow.

very frustrating sox should have won this game. Will ortiz, millar nomar evr hit the ball out of the infield again?
To: SamAdams76
Well, thank goodness!

Something tells me that if the Yanks win It'll be Mo. If the Sawx win it'll be Walker. Or possibly Wakefield. I could also see the Yanks getting to Pedro early and Wakefield coming in and throwing up zeros.

There has been MVP's coming from the losing team, a rarity, but I can't think of any of them off top of my head.
To: presidio9
If Pettitte gets the win tomorrow, he might be the favorite. He will have prevented the Yankees from going down 2-0, and also pitched the clinching game.

I think I'll hang out on the Cubs/Marlins thread. This could be a historic night.

You mispelled my name, but it worked; looks like I have a neighbor. Hmmm...

I know I'm root-root-rooting for the Cubbies for the first time tonight.
Interesting side point the Cubs claim "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" as their own, but that song was first performed at THTRB.
