Well, the good side to Sebelius winning is she gets to do the picking from a load of bad choices to fix the state budget. It should make for easy campaigning next time around.

if I took my nickname from the Indian on the dome. Who knew the Indian on the dome would be but a tempest in the teapot compared to the garage in the basement? :o) fsf

Talent ahead again. He told a funny story about being out and about and running into a lady who said "Are you Jim Talent?" He said "yes." She said, "Both of my kids are sick." He said, "I'm sorry to hear that." She said "I am sick too." He said "I'm really sorry to hear that." She said, "And I'm still out just to vote for YOU!"

Taff on NBC says only 2000 votes behind, and Johnson County has not been counted yet.

I still don't know what's going on in Kansas, but it looks good when I go over to the regular news on FR. Shaheen is losing. Chamblis is ahead. Dole seems to be winning (even though she is a RINO she is at least NOT Erskine Bowles, Clinton stoodge). It's beginning to look good nationally! fsf

.....a tempest in the teapot.....
Wow, what a wordsmith. The guy on the dome is growing on me. From my desk at work he appears to be standing on the head of the Jayhawk that sits on top of the the Jayhawk Towers building. I will post a picture tomorrow.

Good night, alfa6. I think Shallenburger is a lost cause, but if we win control of Congress I'll still be happy. I've got a major grudge developing against local "moderates" though.
FR is moving so slowly, I might leave pretty soon too.

It's the next act of the clinton legacy, and the start was the RATs losing the house after forty years of control (through the secret discharge petition).

Goodnight, my friend. You will wake up to a new reality.

I am watching the Misssouri website too. My Brother-in-law is winning re-election to the House. I think Talent will do well if the remaining returns are rural areas. Any ideas who gets counted last in Missouri?

Senator Sununu.....say that five times fast. Chambliss wins in GA, Dole in NC, Romney, Bush in FL......looking pretty good elsewhere.

I've been watching too. Talent keeps gaining; he's ahead by 3.5% now. I imagine that the rural areas have the least amount of technology. I will call this a win on the Republican side.

Sebelius, Shallenburger has narrowed to a 6% difference. Still not good, but Kline, Biggs race is pretty much tied.

Allard is doing well in CO as well.

Gephardt was just on NBC with the most pitiful blather about how they were outspent by special interests like pharmaceutical companies.....and the people just had a hard time getting their votes counted against all that money. What an idiot/jerk!
To: TroutStalker
That one is back and forth at least twice......wow.

I am watching CNN for the first time in almost two years just to see the libs weep. It's great with McLiar, Snakehead and the forehead offering up lame excuses.
To: AdA$tra
On CNN, Terry McLiar is claiming victory because they picked up some governorships.
