Reporting in for duty, SIR! Just got back from soccer-momming Free State One and Two from and to mid-week Hebrew, bassoon lessons, basketball practice and then stuffed eggs and waffles down their gullets. I am now free to obsess about the election.

Lagamorph is in Topeka tonight. I forgot to get a phone number to try to get inside info.

Thanks for starting this thread. You are always the public minded citizen! :o) fsf

Bad news. WIBW is reporting Sebelius and Biggs have big leads right now

Don't worry about it. It's just the first 1-2% of precincts reporting. The media cherry picks the best results and reports them. It makes them feel very good when their guys are winning. Eight or nine o'clock is when you need to start paying attention. :o) fsf

I honestly have a hard time believing what I am seeing....that Nolla is ahead. But, surely Tiahrt will pull it out....even Gracia Burnham campaigned for him.

Ryun is behind too, but less than 1% reporting so it is WAY too early to tell.

Yeah, here on our TV they're showing Ryun trailing slightly. I'm not too worried about this though.

Lenny taught you well.

Hey ~ every schtick George Carlin ever performed he stole from Lenny. I can inject a few stolen phrases here and there! (I'm blushing here.) But you must be more careful. We are dating ourselves in front of the "youts". The next thing, they'll be doing a search on the internet trying to figure out who Lenny is. (And it ain't Lenny Kravitz!) :o) fsf

It's OK. The impetuosity and fervor of youth is a good thing. It keeps us all upbeat. :o) fsf

I'd love to see 52%-46% Taff-Moore hold.

Even as early as it is, those numbers are still surprising IMHO.
