I think this is correct.
Although I would say though i don’t live in FL, the insurance rate increases some people are reporting, on vehicles as well as houses, dwarf anything they would pay from some Democrat tax increase.
If that is widespread, it creates a huge political vulnerability if Dems seize that issue, and Repubs go into Donor Protect Mode: ‘”da’ free market, muh’ capitalism!”
Good thing I cancelled my home insurance this year. State Farm made mucho profits from me since 1970 when I bought my first home. I never collected a dime.
