BLM folks are still hanging out nightly in the area of St. Johns’s Church, in Washington, D.C., near the White House.
While the police cleared away any occupation, any tents and put up fencing around the church, they still show up nightly to walk around and yell things at the cops before they go home.
Jorge Ventura picked up some video though that has to be one of the dumbest moves of all time by a BLM protester.
Watch the Trump supporter lead this BLM guy over to the cops and watch this doofus take the bait.

The cops should have also arrested every one of the other thugs that tried to get in their way and help the perp.
As soon as the cops start to detain “the mostly peaceful protestor”, you hear the lie “He hit him first, he hit him first”.
They do this crap and then act if they and their friends are victims. What a dumb turd that guy was.
They were literally asking the cops why he was being detained. They seem to have forgotten it is illegal to smack a guy to the point where he did it right in front of cops. And the rest didn’t see anything wrong with it.
They are uneducated, but very streetsmart. That is how evil works.
The thug has probably been arrested dozens of times. It won’t matter.
This is why nothing will change , because in order for us to be one they need to change in their community and stop blaming whites for their attitudes

It looked to me that both the guy who threw a punch and the guy who got punched were black. If the Trump supporter had been white, I’m not sure the cops would have responded the same way. I hope they would have, but I’m not sure.
The belief in the ‘urban community’ is that you should just take your beatdown. I guess that includes cops.
If they were to go after 'assault', they would be arresting every foul-mouthed character engaging in one-on-one assaults. Legally, while there are differing local standards, the base deffinition is; An assault is carried out by a threat of bodily harm coupled with an apparent, present ability to cause the harm. It is both a crime and a tort and, therefore, may result in either criminal or civil liability.
Taking that swing with the intent to hit, that is the battery! Young punk is looking a Duracel - a duration in a cell!
I was like, “they arrested him?”, and then I realized the victim was Black. Must’ve been what the cops were thinking when they protected the victim. Expect clarifying orders to come down.

That is a tactic I have seen them use often. Part of their strategy is to use the system against itself.
