No I didn’t forget it. It’s just the way it’s written. I’m not being sarcastic but you have an answer? Does it have to be a constitutional amendment or not?
The subject involves foreign citizens brought illegally to the US by their parents.
It does not involve people born in the US or those who became naturalized US citizens.
“Securing the border” is what they always promise without it working. Increased “surveillance” is not the answer.
Nor is letting the illegals already here stay.
