This whole thing is waaay to convenient to be coincidence. McCain hates Trump. He gets it both ways if he doesn't vote against McConnell on the health care bill and still gets to prevent it from passing. At his age, if the condition is such that he has a long recovery time, the 'pub "leadership" should be doing whatever it takes to get him to resign.

He's been the globalist's most useful tool since he was propped into the status of "unstoppable frontrunner" and given the nomination. He lost on purpose. Now he can grind the US Senate to a halt? Oh, and is "sympathy" going to stop meaningful investigation into his arming ISIS and into that fake dossier about DJT?

Is that enough reasons why he should resign or be forced out?)

He lost on purpose.

I believe that. His “nothing to fear about Obama” comment and then taking off during a critical moment of the campaign because he had more “important” business in the Senate clearly suggested he never intended to win - or was never meant to win by whoever was pulling his strings.

And since then he’s become the biggest back-stabber on the Republican team - fighting against Trump (and therefore against we-the-people) at every opportunity, up to and including whatever he might have had to do with getting that bogus “dossier” distributed to the slobbering press.
