Rep. Devin Nunes on Wednesday threw a huge wrench into the middle of the investigations surrounding President Donald Trump, his claims of being wiretapped by his predecessor, and Russia's meddling in the election.
And he now finds himself in a central role after making Republicans and Democrats alike scratch their heads over what appeared to be an unprecedented move.
Nunes, the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, called for a sudden 1 p.m. press gathering Wednesday, with its subject unclear. But once it began, he fired off what sounded like a bombshell revelation: The intelligence community, he said, had "incidentally collected" information on the Trump transition team during the transition period....

Whether or not Obama or his minions set out to wiretap the opposition, they certainly threw legality, ethics and morals to the winds when they decided to let the entire world know information it wasn’t supposed to know.

Mp he is no throwing a huge wrench into the investigation. Nunes is making damn sure that the illegal intel is not submitted to the House Intelligence Committee, where it was likely headed as a submission by the Demortas on the Committee.
The illegally obtained documentation has nothing to do with investigating whether the Russians meddled in the election.
The intel was designed to destroy the Trump transition and to delegitimize President Trump/ Nunnes is going to stop that dead in its tracks and have the NSA gather the paper trail on authorization, while Jeff Sessions convenes a grand jury.
Indictments will soon be on the way. They may reach Obama himself.

Here’s what’s going on: We have mass servalience in this country by the NSA, however the identity of the people being spied on is kept secret unless they are a foreign national or the information has been requested as part of an investigation. The idea being as long identities are kept secret then it’s not spying. That’s how the system works. What Obama and Comey did was to take everything on related to Trump, demask it and leaked it to press legally turning it from data into spying without a warrant. It’s the unmasking that makes it spying.

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.
