Piff, piff and again I say, PIFF!!!

Trump didn't have any campaign staff or ground game, either.

For both parties the staffing/transition process is largely ceremonial...you make sure everyone's belly gets rubbed, then positions go to the highest bidder.

Hiring people is what Trump does. He knows the kind of person he wants. He doesn't need the staff or time that conventional campaigns need. Watch for the naysayers to be wrong, again.
